Shipping Policy

At Greystone Systems, we are committed to delivering premium gear with the same precision and reliability built into every product we create. The following Shipping Policy outlines processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations for all Greystone Systems orders.


Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is:

  • In-Stock Products: 2–5 business days
  • Pre-Orders / Limited Releases: Processing times may vary and will be noted on the product page
  • Custom or Prototype Products: Additional lead times may apply

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Greystone Systems currently ships within the United States using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Product dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping speed

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed 


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Greystone Systems is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging and product damage
  • Description of issue

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Greystone Systems is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Returned shipments due to address errors
  • Additional shipping fees for reshipment


Pre-Orders & Product Launches

Due to the nature of limited production runs and launch schedules, some Greystone Systems products may be sold as pre-orders.

Estimated ship dates for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page. Ship dates are subject to change based on:

  • Manufacturing timelines
  • Material availability
  • Quality control processes

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.


Tactical / Field Use Disclaimer

Greystone Systems products are designed and developed in the United States for demanding outdoor and field environments. Cosmetic wear, minor finish variations, and field-use markings are considered normal characteristics of hard-use equipment.
